In-person and Virtual Tours of On-Campus Housing Now Available

Housing TourProspective and future residents continue to tour Southwestern’s new on-campus housing community as the countdown to the August opening continues. “As I toured the residences, I was able to see how beautiful they were in person – new, fully-furnished, energy saving appliances, and more,” shared Megan France, a future resident and entering student. “With the courtyard, study rooms and other gathering areas, I know I will be able to escape into my books or hang out with a friend quite easily.”

Megan toured the complex with her grandmother, who both live about 30 minutes from campus. While she and her grandmother inspected the model unit and checked on minor details, Megan also noted what she appreciated the most: the convenience of having an apartment so close to other resources on campus. “I will be working full time, so the fact that I could just walk to/from my apartment so easily was very¬†appealing!”

Those who are unable to visit the Residences at 7th and see the complex for themselves can now view a video tour of the model unit on the website, in addition to new interior photos taken recently. For more information or any questions about leasing apartments, or to arrange an in-person tour and reserve your unit, contact the property manager at housing@swlaw.edu or (213) 738-5500. To submit a leasing application online or view the tour, photos and other details, visit www.swlaw.edu/studenthousing.
